Located in the old Nazarí quarter, called today "San Matías", this fine morisca, or nazarí house of the 16th C., completely renovated, has a tipical patio with fountain, Sierra Elvira stone collumns, and two galleries with original woodwork.
It has a down floor apartement with patio, two floors and terrace, all with an authentic taste of the past. The house is divided in 6 flats and 1 studio (2 downstairs, 3 on the first floor, and 2 on the second). In all of them you breath history and peace. There is a terrace on the second floor and another on the roof from where you can see the Sierra Nevada dressed in her white coat of eternal snows.
It's located in a walking zone (with a public parking at 20 metres) just behind the Townhall, close to the
Navas street - famous for its tapas bars and restaurants-, at 5 min. from the Cathedral and
Plaza Nueva Square to take the busses to the Alhambra and guided visits of the city-. From the house you can walk all the centre and visit churches, commercial zones, movies and theatre, as it is located in the middle of the historic centre of the town.
