Located in the old Nazarí quarter, called today "San Matías", this fine morisca, or nazarí house of the 16th C., completely renovated, has a tipical patio with fountain, Sierra Elvira stone collumns, and two galleries with original woodwork.

It has a down floor apartement with patio, two floors and terrace, all with an authentic taste of the past. The house is divided in 6 flats and 1 studio (2 downstairs, 3 on the first floor, and 2 on the second). In all of them you breath history and peace. There is a terrace on the second floor and another on the roof from where you can see the Sierra Nevada dressed in her white coat of eternal snows.

It's located in a walking zone (with a public parking at 20 metres) just behind the Townhall, close to the Navas street - famous for its tapas bars and restaurants-, at 5 min. from the Cathedral and Plaza Nueva Square – to take the busses to the Alhambra and guided visits of the city-.
